    At this stage it’s just digging royalties for the State. That’s how the Soviet Union operated. Let’s hope we can turn a profit and pay down debt after paying the State. Imagine the Return on Equity here.I got my Entitlement so I’m still in. Coming in with fresh capital has to be the best opportunity since inception.
