If you believe Slide 22, I have a bridge to sell you. It's mostly inventories plus a small amount of labour, which can easily be built up over time as the cash from all that sales growth comes in. And of that $70 M that they supposedly need, they are already sitting on $50 M of cash that they are not using.
Inventories of nearly $60 M imply sales of $250 M (based on previous reports) and if they sell that much they can easily fund this through profits.
