A few observations on my part:
1. a large magnitude of orders in the foreseeable future is a reasonable cause to initiate a CR of $67M size even a "seemingly" sudden CR.
2. with a few announcements already under the belt, I too would have thought that trading would have or could have restarted by now.
3. if announcements haven't been finished, setting aside the possible PP results for the moment, wouldn't Monday be a great day to start trading with a sizeable contract or sales announcement since it would be one day before the AGM and would easily justify the CR.
4. that announcement on Monday would give Board & Mgt many positive discussion opportunities on Tuesday and might push any discussion regarding remuneration into the invisible backyard.

No particular insights on my part here but Board & Mgt are pretty cluey people and might have thought this through to the Tuesday AGM (or even Wednesday morning).
