I do find it hard to believe that the framework with NATO was executed by the Belgium office without already being somewhat advanced with discussions on first orders. I would say the execution of the NATO framework agreement was a product of discussions already well under way. NATO's need is more than urgent. I don't reckon we will be waiting long at all.
