I was a long-term holder that bailed when the directors did. Anyone with any pride would do the same. They grant themselves a whole bunch of free options and then dump them on market at the expense of existing shareholders. If you're happy to put up with that behavior, then good luck to you but not me and its worth others knowing the history of their form.
