As they have done in the past, they will build inventory over time as sales increase, not in one sudden hit
Last year they didn't use any of the capital they raised but increased inventories from $3 to $18 M. This year they are claiming they have much higher sales so should be able to build their inventory by far more than $15 M without any CR. Given that they already have enough cash for the inventories it is pretty clear that the company does not need to raise capital.
As they have done in the past, they will build inventory over...
