Nothing wrong with raising capital but geez there's a reason it got upsized from 50m, to 75m, to 100m... they ridiculously priced it at 80c and brokers are taking advantage of these naive directors to the advantage of the brokers clients.
For those who continue to defend them, the dilution comes at YOUR cost. Issuing 100m at $1 costs 100m shares, issuing 100m at 80c is 125m shares, and your ownership of the company is approx 4% less as a result.
