Well Department 13 was working closely with the US (I believe they still might be) but the stock got shafted & delisted.
I can only assume that a military unit would consist of at least 1 soldier carrying an anti drone gun to protect the rest of the unit from DJI drones. That would facilitate a lot of anti drone units sold to militaries.
I have seen the odd video of orcs using a type of anti drone gun but I'm unsure how effective it was. So far a shotgun has been the best close range defense against drones. Range is another question. There's been a few videos of Russian's using anti drone devices on their tanks and IFV but with limited success because the inertia still carries the drone to the target for a kill. (Other than the "turtle tanks")
@Tigerking - I imagine the DroneGun IS for the battlefield.
