It sounds like you're doing the right thing.
If you've clicked on the green download symbol then it should download. The document may not open autmatically and you may need to look in your computer's download folder and manually click to open.
I'm using Chrome and there is a download symbol in the top right hand corner.
I hope this helps. If not then I would suggest contacting Autmoic directly.
