The largest parcel you can claim under the SPP is 37,500 shares (for $30,000). If you sold more than that then you won't be able to fully restock through the SPP.
"5m sounds like it will get filled fast" – yes, the last raise was seriously oversubscribed. But the company accepted the lot rather than scaling back, so there's a reasonable chance you'll get your full allotment.
