Sitting on $50M cash, but still see a need to raise another $67M. I say that is because of the magnitude of orders they see coming shortly.
They are clearly gearing up bigtime to fill significant orders. If they did not prepare for the demand everyone would be jumping up and down at how bad management was etc. for not having the foresight to get the company in a position to capitalize on a potentially massive commercial opportunity. Once they start supplying NATO watch the orders come from all over the joint....
