The current CEO and board are not fit for the next phase of this company. They don't have the experience and skills. They should gracefully step aside and search for the right talents. But I am sure they won't, they are too small minded to see it.
It is even worse that many here gives thumb up or down based on if their shares are in the money or not! Shocking!
