Anyone doubting that there are to be significant contracts from the NATO agreement needs to think again. The CR is in direct anticipation of large contracts that will hit inventory hard and fast. On what they have now they will not be able to cope with demand. I have seen CR's done before to ramp up production to meet increasing demand which had a very positive effect on the SP. I reckon they will announce first contracts very soon.
