If it goes against us........and we still have time to decide re the latest offer...that would make the worst case scenario 0.179c per share as compared to the current price of 0.105c. That still a 750% premium for losing the case. Not too shabby ! However if we do lose the case there is absolutely nothing stopping Q from taking the offer off the table and we'll resume our 'death by 1000 cuts.'
