The fact is it is currently playing out, look at the offer price. Whether the company will accept this is still unknown. In any event my calculation simply highlights that the offer falls around the discounted cash flow of the expected dilution revenue. Useful information at minimum for comparison purposes for those who don't carry biased investment outlooks.

I notice that posters would rather jump on this useful information rather than provided any insight they might have about the tax question I posted.
