lets say AGS is not seeking damages with the latest Court Matter,
and on occasions you have posted that you have spoken to Legal people off the cuff imo,

IF you or anyone, are in a position to, could you enquire as to what would happen if AGS were awarded sales rights ie Would it be possible in that circumstance for the Judge to take it upon himself to return AGS to 25% even though AGS did not seek damages?

keep it in mind, if the decision is a while coming.
