It sounds like you're trying to intimate that you've been told that AGS are not pursuing damages. Surely, that would depend on the judgement. If it is found AGS lawfully terminated the sales agreement &, as a result of Quasar's failure to cough up AGS's share of the uranium, AGS has lost 10%, then I honestly can't see how AGS is not entitled to damages.

I'll wait for the judgement before I concede that. If the judge puts the boot into Quasar, as I hope he does, I think it may well open the door to a) some media coverage & b) damages.
