Its not reasonable to assume that the Directors would activate the Process possibly knowing that 110m is all she wrote and AGS withdraws from Four Mile.imo
Wheres the Dragoman advice and/or Legal advice? They're paid to do something surely!

But at the last AGM, its been sticking in my head that John Dunlop spoke about the Reduction process playing out as some advantage to AGS ("Do the sums" comment) All heard it. imo Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Why did he sign off on that last announcement. Where do we stand? Will it come into play if the decision goes against AGS?

The quicker the Judge hands down his decision one way or the other, the better.

Metal , what I find ridiculous is the fact that you still don't understand that Quasar IMO are starving AGS of cash , rendering them unable to maintain their 25% interest , where have you been , this is why we are in this court case.
