being careful not to put myself in a position of becoming a persona non grata for what i say here but possibly one of the reasons why you found a lot of people so friendly here is because a lot of the people working in the hospitality industry here don't come from here but come from one of the most friendliest sociable countries in the world.

thanks for well intentioned thoughts and i hear what you are saying but i can't see any reason to be selling at these prices at this point in time. i am actually very excited about the various options that may exist for ags in the near term and potentially over a much longer time frame too.

four mile is an exceptionally good asset.
