Hi MD - ASX Listing rules do require shareholder approval if the disposal is the company's main undertaking (listing rule 11.2)

Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen (thinking of ADY - Admiralty Resources, the last blunder I was involved in).

As for the pending judgement, if there is no provision in the JV Agreement for cancelling the marketing arrangements, I'm not optimistic about a favourable outcome.
