i can name a very small uranium producer/explorer with a market cap of around u.s.$240 million that has actually pulled back on production and is selling a very small amount of uranium on existing term contracts.

my point is is that they are a minnow compared to heathgate and they have a number of term contracts. one being for this year where they are selling their uranium for u.s.$58 per pound. so to say that alliance may not be able to match quasar on the marketing front may not be the case.

there may also be a situation that currently exists where quasar has already locked themselves into something that they are not all that happy with. there is a history there over at beverley. lmao

so just maybe it would be better for alliance to be marketing and selling their uranium regardless of whether this current stockpiling dispute took place or not.

we can all keep guessing. lol

The big difference with ACE vs the minnow you mention is the minnow is in control of their production ... ACE could never enter into term contracts with any certainty as Quasar could turn the tap off whenever they chose ... leaving ACE desperately scouring the spot market for the contracted supply, and given the 'less than optimal' decision making shown so far .... !?
Without a white knight suitor or a revamped Q/H offer in the medium term I'm still of the opinion that patience (yeah ... even more patience) will benefit us long-suffering holders the most.
Once again, hope I'm wrong ... but am still hoping to end this saga with a profit (as we all do I guess).
