mathematically speaking a minority stake in a producing asset is just as common as a majority stake. so the alliance 25%* is not as unusual as you may think if this is part of what you are thinking.
yes you are correct re quasar having all the "control" but in australia we have rigid consumer protection laws which will have alliance's back.
also what gives ags an advantage over just about every other peer outfit on planet earth is that heathgate (which is pulling our stuff out of the ground) is now a successful 15 year plus isr uranium producer located in what is considered to be the number one uranium mining jurisdiction in the world being south australia.
