Well I would think we should have an announcement today or tomorrow, if not about the court decision at least an update on what's going on with the offer advice it has been a week now and AGS should be coming back to the market and shareholders. I would be happy if they just came back and said that advice still puts the offer well below true and fair value. We should also be hearing where we are with sales monies, production etc, AGS may be hanging out for the decision but they really need to be putting something out soon ( watch for the usual 4.05 pm friday ann) anyway we need something.
