Clearly (to me), no provision was made in the JV Agreement for cancellation of the marketing rights. If there was, ACE wouldn't have to go to court in the first place.
Therefore, I would be surprised if the court will give the marketing rights to ACE.
There must be other arguments in the proceedings, if the 25% is to be restored. Damages must be requested and I haven't read here much to that effect.
