i am not getting nervous. i am just putting my ideas across and hopefully in a way that has credibility.

and here is another consideration why i believe that any potential additional quasar offer should be rejected if it's not multiples higher than the latest offer.

i use the example of cameco.

in 2007 cameco had a share price in excess of u.s.$50 and was paying a quarterly dividend of 5 cents.

in 2015 cameco has a share price of just under u.s.$15 and is paying a quarterly dividend of 10 cents.

so if cameco was to do a deal based on it's current share price (in isolation) it would arguably be undervalued.

this looks to be the situation with ags in relation to what quasar has offered us.

if anyone wants to do a deal with ags lets consider it but not just based our current share price.
