    As mentioned the timing of this " offer " is interesting

    Coming before judgement is handed down

    Is it an attempt to " sway " His Honour in considering his decision ?

    Gee we are nice after all!
    Look , we are trying to fix things and offering lots more money!
    Let's hope His Honour takes it the other way and takes the view that these offers should have come far earlier and at more fair levels
