I hope the directors are not weakening.

If we sell to our JV partner the court case would be cancelled. We'd have nothing to market and sell under the current "program".

Even if the offer isn't for the whole of the ML and EL we'll be left with not a great deal more cash than we had at the start of the legals.

But AGS would have cash again; once the debts are paid .. To do what with? .. Pay directors fees, buy another shell, start all over again in Chile ?

I don't think anyone will start drilling on the other leases, so whatever is there is probably meaningless to us.
