I hope your take on the ann proves correct chrome. You see the board didn't word the last ann (the Feb one) in quite the same way.
When I read the word "consider" today my heart sank.
The previous offer in February wasn't announced to the market until the board had already decided against it. Cut and dried. .. Perhaps this time our MD and major shareholder are away - hence the chairman making the announcement. .. For whatever reason the essence of this ann is different, as CC has pointed out already.
Nice though to see some movement again; especially after reading about ERA's plight in abc news online this morning. Glad I didn't buy into that U stock . Should be a positive for Beverley though when the market picks up.
