Seems to me the low offer is a way of pre-empting and quantifying a bid level. So there's a 71 million dollar starting point and price expectations are thus massaged DOWN. Clever clever clever. We may get another offer from say, Japan but it'll be lowish now and cheap for BB to match. And if Japan/ China bid for the entire company then at least we've been given a final turn of the screw, so to speak, as any value is very unlikely to match expectations vis a vis other transactions in the uranium space
