It's up 13.25% at time of writing, that's pretty good market interest considering the following is still to come:

1. Ministerial Approval
2. Final Investment Decision
3. Equity Raising

The first two represent risk, and the third will cap how excited people are getting given they'll need to hand over more money in the short term. The resolution of the first two will cause further jumps in share price.

Hoping we move through those three key milestones in the next month or two, suspect BCI would be keen to wrap up the equity raise well before Christmas.
