Nice result today, thought they may have got it away at 15 cents but thats neither here nor there really. I still tend to think though the Focus deal is quite good and they'll be hoping to tie it up with them or someone else on similar terms. For mine this raising (along with a jv) removes almost all the funding risk going forward for Tindalo/Yakal, which in this climate when we're all sitting here wondering if another downleg is around the corner just makes sense. Especially when you consider its a huge improvement over the dilution the option conversion would've had and at almost tripple the price. Funny how quickly things can change. I tend to think that although NDO don't need to raise at the moment if they could get a similar raising away at 20c it would be worth it.
