No way they could’ve priced it at 1.7c this early in the game. We're still pre-revenue, and despite strong interest, you need to leave some meat on the bone to bring in serious capital. Retail at 1.4c might’ve happened, but without the institutional validation, it’s just dilution with no added credibility. This deal strengthens the whole story.
