I think the Board participated because no one (even at 15c) will give you money if the management and board don't reach into their pockets.
We've called the low here many times, but this company seems to always out smart us. Knowing that we can't run out of money in the next 6-12 months (unless BB has some new tricks up his sleeve) might allow a bottom to form. This is the only positive I can take from this latest debacle of a CR.
