Well, I could be wrong, but if the market cap is 5 billion and there are 2.5 billion shares (ACU) that market cap = 5/2.5 = 2 per share.
If the market cap is 5 billion and there are <1 billion shares (aar) that market cap = 5/1 = 5 per share.
Just a thought.
