At a $3.7B market cap, its an implied value of $1875 per ounce for 2m ounces. Again, those numbers just don't stack up. That doesn't leave enough room for costs of production, capex, any borrowing costs... the math aint mathing as a takeover target.
At 2m ounces, a common "in ground" price of $100 per ounce, you get a 200 million valuation as a takeover target. Maybe 150 an ounce given location - share price of 20-30 cents as a takeover target is reasonable.
