From my observations it seems the maximum number of shares allocated is 19695 if you applied for $30,000. If applied for less than $30,000 the allocation is scaled back in proportion to application amount eg if applied for $15,000 you get 50% of the max. Scaling back with $30,000 application seems to start with shareholdings of around 50,000. Scale back seems to be in steps depending on shareholding amount. eg shareholding of 12000 and 15000 may receive same allocation (around 3512 shares). The minimum allocation seems to kick in when your allocation falls below the $2000 mark. One day we may learn the actual allocation formula.
