Does it matter to QBL,probably not.

I only bring it up with respect to Item 12.6 of the prospectus
in relation to AGRPL being placed in liquidation until the dismissal on Sep 27.

Maybe sometimes external forces can have a bearing on your main priority.
Probably one has nothing to do with the other but they have had a few
court cases along their journey.
Maybe it's just an unpaid phone bill,for all we know.
