-the $5m loan is from a major shareholder, he must be desperate to help the company to help his shareholding
-As a last resort Noxopharm can issue shares for the difference payable......of course this will happen more dilution for shareholders
- cap raise is to optimise shareholder value lol lol
- still getting paid heaps why would director care about share price decline.............not accountable for any actions
