Can’t really see any other reason for doing it. A bit disappointed at the discounted price on the new shares (not offered to existing shareholders), but very well done on securing a $5m, non-dilutory loan!
And the results are great, esp considering even better results seem assured once the 1200mg dose data becomes available. New standard of care!
