ann.8.8.05 sp not rise then ?

they announced on 8.8.05 the same thing but no-one took any notice
hardly any volume since then and no dramatic rise
but same thing today and its over the moon
amazing
I wonder what price the capital raising will be at
.20 is a good guess
as usual when they need capital they ignore the market blue sky dreams on announcements.
