    No that's US. It is a premium as its trading at circa 90, so taking into account the dilution of an extra 20% shares( if they take that option) then it is a premium.

    I am more than happy to be proven wrong. If Amgen took 20% at 1.20 plus funding through to production, then I could see UNIS at $2+ dollars on deal being signed.
