Good update, which further assures that both companies are keen to lock in the agreement. However, as any sign up now can affect long term commercial benefits/loss to both of the companies, I believe both trying to find the best possible outcomes by negotiating with each other for their own shareholders.

Hence, in a good faith, IMO the Amgen deal won't be a failure as many predicting.

Buyers interest will now increase through to 15th Feb and beyond.
