However they get issued shares anyway and how sure are you that they can’t organise a naked short, seeing they have stitched up the ongoing deal. They surely have their friendly broker who would entertain such a deal, if they don’t own their own broking arm. Where there is the will there is a way!
Anyway we‘ll see how it works out over time!
