The 8m funding is NOT secured. We are talking about UP TO 8m. This is a huge difference! And, so many open ways to get out if this agreement.
Magnis should have been supported by national banks, Aqualand, European bonds or whatever but the one or two people show from the Middle East raises concerns to me.
