    seriously! - IMO great finance deal for this point in time and dilution is somewhat minimised - given that the shares are being progressively issued so if the SP increases then dilution further minimised.
    all good from my perspective
    funny thing - I was expecting the usual crowd to have their negative spray and not disappointed so far. just waiting for the usual to chime in now))
