The Negma Group should be congratulated. I hadn't heard of them before, but this announcement shows they are obviously in the business of ensuring their shareholders have the balance of probabilities in their favour for a positive mean financial return.

I thought the CR funder would drive a hard deal with MNS, but Negma got a better deal than even I thought possible. Must feel more like being the house than the gambler to have 8% each month in your favour.

I wish I could buy shares (or anything else) each month at an 8% discount.

Well done Negma, you cut a good deal for your investors in a low interest environment.
