I think the risk on trade is moving form large cap miners to small cap miners.
Why not for NWC? It represents outstanding value.
The pundits say takeovers: like BHP for OZL and IGO of WSA can star the wave (+/- feeding frenzy) but I think in his case it's more the risk on trade.
All IMVHO.
