Well, they’d announce an offer first and the SP would rocket to that price and then they’d negotiate it out
given we are 1/8th of MEI current price it would be multiples on where we are now would say $3-5 is fair value
smarter to do it after the MEI SS and VMM MRE but would expect people to start taking positions in advance
