The management are completely inept. They had land in an area with natural gas deposits they spruiked as being worth $100s of million. They sold it for $1m. They had an offshore interest near Namibia they flogged for next nothing, which sold recently for almost $100m. After 3 years the SP dropped by >90%.
All the while they shamelessly attempted to ramp on this site under at least two aliases pretending to be regular investors. Then they flogged their low growth oil business (this recent capital return) and withheld the full amount so they could keep paying themselves wages. Don’t touch anything these charlatans are involved in with a barge pole.
