speculative. All the companies I can remember doing farm-in announcements end up mentioning a royalty agreement if there is no intention to contribute in the last stages. Then they mostly mention the terms during the year in other announcements leaving no doubt about the terms of the farm-in. With the CHK announcements, they seem to stop dead at the 80% mark which is puzzling.I am just talking about readily available company announcements here, information for the market.
